Wynn Resorts Hires New Senior VP
LOS ANGELES --
In a company press release today, Wynn Resorts announced the hiring of a new Senior VP in charge of Creative Design and Development. Jerry Beale, an Architectural Interior Designer with a long-standing reputation as a high-end hotel designer, has accepted the new role and will begin working on April 22, 2008.
Mr. Beale joins Wynn Resorts after a highly successful tenure with Wilson and Associates in Los Angeles. During his time with Wilson, he created many luxury hotel designs across the world including Hotel Bel-Air,the Four Seasons, the Tokyo Twin Parks Towers, and the Mansion at the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas.
For the past 12 years at Wilson and Associates, he specialized in hotel interiors and luxury residential design. Mr. Beale is typically involved in all phases of each project from conceptual design through construction, supervision, and installation.
As a 4th generation Californian, Mr. Beale went to college at Southern California Institute of Architecture in Santa Monica and the University of California in Los Angeles, California. He is relatively unknown in the casino industry due to his low-key profile and behind-the-scenes image.
Shares of Wynn Resorts are soaring near a 52-week high. The company last traded at $112.36 at 4pm on NASDAQ.
