JP Morgan Gaming Conference in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV --
The JP Morgan Annual gaming conference will be held at the Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino at The Venetian in Las Vegas March 27th. The event will include speeches from more than 50 companies, 1-on-1 meetings, panel discussions, and an exciting lineup of evening get-togethors that will provide additional information about each sector of the industry.
In a company news release this afternoon, Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) announced its CEO Steve Holmes will speak at the event which includes industry sectors such Gaming, Lodging, and Restaurants.
At the conference, Steve Holmes will be discussing Wyndham's growth plans for all 3 business units: Lodging, Vacation Exchange and Rentals, and Vacation Ownership.
His speech at the conference will be webcast live at 4:45 p.m. EDT that day. Investors and other interested persons may listen to the live webcast and access the presentation slides through the Company's website. The audio and slides will remain available on the website for 90 days following the conference.
In the past year, Wyndham's stock price has dropped a whopping 42%. The shares closed today on Wall Street at $19.38 each. Shares were as high as $39 last summer. To the dismay of many shareholders, Holmes earned $7.6 million dollars as a salaried employee in 2007.
