Def Leppard Live at Hollywood Hard Rock Casino
HOLLYWOOD, FL --
South Florida spring breakers are getting a treat this Saturday night at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood as Def Leppard will take the stage live in concert starting at 7:00pm.
Tickets are mostly sold out for this event and there are no vacancies available in the casino's luxury hotel. Even without tickets to the event, many people are heading down Saturday night to the casino just to experience the party atmosphere that will surely take place. Seminole Hard Rock Casino boasts over 100,000 square feet of gaming area with Las Vegas-style slots and Texas Hold'em poker. Additionally, the location has many top-notch bars and clubs, restaurants, and shopping.
"The rooms have been sold out for almost 3 weeks now", said a reservation clerk over the phone. "We keep telling people to check back each day until Saturday, maybe there will be a cancellation or perhaps a block of rooms reserved by corporate sponsors could open up", she said.
Def Leppard is an English rock band from Sheffield who formed in 1977 as part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement. Largely on the strength of their albums Pyromania and Hysteria, Def Leppard became one of the top-selling rock bands throughout the 1980's.
Def Leppard ranked #31 on VH1's "Greatest Artists of Hard Rock.
